  • How do I reserve a puppy?
    Submit an application, once your application is approved we will contact you within 24-48 hours. Place a non-refundable $500 deposit to secure a spot on the upcoming reservation list. The deposit will go towards the final cost of the puppy. We accept deposits via VENMO or PAYPAL Puppy selection is based on the order deposit was received. The remaining balance is due at the time of puppy selection when pups are 4-6 weeks old. Before picking up your puppy sign Sales Agreement & Health Guarantee.
  • How does the puppy selection take place?
    Puppy selection begins around 4-6 weeks old. The person on the top of the list will make their selection and the person next in line will proceed. Each person will have 24 hrs to make their final decision. Visits, pictures, Facetime, and videos are available to all who are on the reservation list to help them make their decisions.
  • What if something comes up and I need to move my deposit to another list?
    Deposits are non-refundable but transferrable to another litter. We understand life happens and things don't always go the way we plan. In that case we allow a ONE TIME transfer from one litter to another.
  • What are the payment options?
    Payments can be made via VENMO, PAYPAL or Cash.
  • What if the litter I am waiting for doesn't have enough puppies or the female doesn't get pregnant?
    We do everything in our power to ensure a positive outcome with each litter we plan. However, things don't always happen the way we plan. In this case your deposit will be rolled back to the next available litter or we will refund your deposit.
  • When is final payment due?
    If you are picking up a puppy, the final payment can be made in cash at the time of pick up. Puppies being delivered by cargo shipment, nanny service or delivery need to be paid for in full 2 weeks before the puppy is due to come home.
  • Do you offer a health guarentee?
    Yes, we offer a one year health guarentee against any life threatenning congenital dieases or defects. Please review our sales agreement and health guarentee.
  • Does the puppy come with a spay/neuter contract?
    Yes, all of our puppies are sold as "pets only," and not for breeding purposes. Please review the sales agreement and health contract.
  • What if I can't pick up my puppy during the designated pick up time?
    Puppies are ready to leave thier litter and transition to thier new home at 8 weeks. We do our best to accomodate various pick up times. If you can not pick up your puppy during the 8th week, we offer a puppy boarding program. Puppy Boarding Cost $30/day for up to 3 weeks
  • Will my puppy be potty and crate trained?
    We do our best to start the puppies off with a good foundation in potty and crate training. However training in thier new home will be vital for thier success. Continued training will be required after they come home.
  • Do you ship puppies cargo?
    Puppies can be shipped via Delta Cargo. Summer shipments may be limited due to the heat.
  • WIll my puppy have their shots?
    All puppies will recieve a deworming treatments every 2 weeks until they go home. They will also recieve their first set of puppy vaccines and be sent home with a vet record. Your puppy will need continued shots at 9, 12 and 16 weeks with your vet.
